Honey Roasted Potatoes image

A tasty side dish to go with any meat. I usually double or triple the glaze to get a nice coating on the potatoes. This recipe works best with red potatoes but I have made it with whatever I have on hand.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb potato, quartered
2 tablespoons diced onions
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Spray a baking sheet with Pam.
  • In the pan or a separate bowl, toss potatoes with other ingredients.
  • Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until potates are tender.
  • Toss at least once while baking.
