20 years ago my husband worked in the catering business and I had this dressing. It was soo good that I spent quite a few hours cutting down the ingredients from 400 servings to 6 to 8 servings. We use it as a dip for fruit. Let me know what you think.

Overall, this is a good honey poppy seed dressing. It's easy to make and has a nice flavor. However, I would recommend making a few adjustments to suit your own taste.

The dressing was a bit bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some more herbs or spices to give it more flavor.

The dressing was a bit too runny for my liking. I would recommend using less milk or adding a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up.

This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey or adding a bit of lemon juice to balance out the sweetness.

I'm not a huge fan of poppy seeds, but I really enjoyed this dressing. The honey and vinegar balance out the flavor of the poppy seeds perfectly.
