Honey Mustard Kielbasa and Potatoes image

From "Meals Made Easy with Grey Poupon", this is easy and good.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c white wine, or beer, or chicken broth
1/3 c honey mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 lb kielbasa, 1-inch pieces
4 medium potatoes, 3/4-inch cubes
1 large onion, sliced
parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine wine, beer or chicken broth, mustard and brown sugar.
  • 2. In large roasting pan, combine kielbasa, potatoes, onion and mustard mixture.
  • 3. Toss to coat well.
  • 4. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 5. Garnish with parsley.
