Honey and Bourbon Holiday Meatballs image

Great appetizer or entree. I make this every Christmas so my kids call them Christmas meatballs. Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer or with mashed potatoes and a salad as an entree.

I'm allergic to honey. Can I use another sweetener in this recipe?

These meatballs were a bit too sweet for my taste, but the glaze was delicious. I would make them again with less honey.
