Steps:
- Chop peppers and onions into small pieces. Put all ingredients into a large pot and bring to a boil; simmer 45 minutes stirring frequently. Put tomato mixture into prepared pint jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. Process for 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
