Homemade Gnocchi image

I have not tried this recipe yet, but I intend to soon. According to the article, that came with the recipe in this morning's local newspaper, these gnocchi are light as a feather. The recipe comes from a former fine dining establishment in our area that we used to go to very often and the food was outstanding! I am guessing at the prep and cook times.

These gnocchi were a little too soft for my taste, but the flavor was good.

I'm allergic to gluten, so I used a gluten-free flour blend to make these gnocchi. They turned out great!

Very disappointed. The gnocchi were too dense and the sauce was bland.

I followed the recipe exactly and my gnocchi turned out really hard. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Not bad! First time making gnocchi and it turned out well, very soft and tender. Will use less flour next time.
