- Combine milk, heavy cream, and sugar in a small pot over low heat. Cook until steam appears, about 10 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in amaretto, vanilla, and cinnamon extracts. Allow to cool before transferring to a sealed container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
