Easy to make and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 c water
1/2 c ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 lb boneless brisket of beef

Steps:

  • 1. In a 9 X 13 inch baking pan, add soup mix blended with water, ketchup, garlic powder and pepper.
  • 2. Add brisket; turn to coat. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees.
