I'm not a big fan of cabbage, but this Holuski was really good. The cabbage was cooked perfectly and the noodles were nice and tender. The bacon added a nice smoky flavor.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover cabbage. I had some leftover from making coleslaw and I didn't want it to go to waste. This Holuski was the perfect solution. It was easy to make and very tasty.
