Number Of Ingredients 5

2 lbs frozen shredded potatoes (Ore Ida Hash Browns)
3 Cups Half & Half
One stick butter
Chopped onions (1/4 C?)
Salt & Pepper

Steps:

  • Defrost potatoes in colander. Bring Half & Half to a boil but turn it off just when it reaches the boiling point Cut in the butter Grease 13 X 9 X 2 pan Place potatoes in pan along w/ chopped onion salt & pepper Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
