My pastor's wife in NY served this at their annual open house and my husband loved it. I make it when we tailgate on the plains in Auburn. Must be served warm with a great cracker.

Steps:
- 1. Blend together cream cheese and milk. Mix well.
- 2. Stir in dried beef, green pepper and onion. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and nuts.
- 3. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350-degrees for 15 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with crackers.
