Hole In The Wall image

I was taught how to make this by a 9 year old boy (J.R.) who lived in our neighborhood and played with my son. J.R. liked to put a little maple syrup on his. You can also grill the holes you tear out of the bread in the pan while egg is cooking and serve on the side.

Provided by Pat Cullinan

This recipe is a bit too spicy for me. I'll have to reduce the amount of chili powder next time.

I'm not a fan of wontons, but I loved this recipe. The filling was so flavorful and the sauce was perfect.

The wontons were a bit too crispy for my taste, but the filling was delicious. I'll try cooking them for a shorter amount of time next time.
