Hoisin and Honey Glaze for Spare Ribs or Wings image

Use this marinade to glaze some Asian spare ribs or chicken wings.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1/4 c low-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
1/3 c dark honey
1/4 c tomato sauce
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 clove garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 small red chilies, seeds removed and chilies crumbled (could use chili garlic paste)
1 tsp 5 spice powder

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • 2. Use marinade to glaze Asian spare ribs or chicken wings.
