Hockey Puck Potatoes image

Hockey puck potatoes are delicious roasted potatoes that resemble hockey pucks in appearance, hence the name. Our family loves them! Well I had been giving my FIL credit for these, however I just found out that my DH (George) was the originator, so now I'm giving him credit. My contribution to the recipe was add the rosemary and basil. Please enjoy!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potatoes turned out mushy. I think I might have overcooked them.

These potatoes are delicious, but they're a bit too greasy for my taste.

I tried this recipe, but my potatoes didn't turn out as crispy as I would have liked. I think I might have used too much oil.

These hockey puck potatoes were a hit at our last potluck! They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the garlic and herb butter gave them a delicious flavor.
