These egg rolls are very yummy. I got the recipe from a very good friend who is Hmong. But it's hard for me to write the recipe down because a lot of the Hmong folk have it in their head. Unfortunately so do I.: )

I'm not a big fan of egg rolls, but I thought these were pretty good. The filling was flavorful and the wrappers were crispy.

These were good, but not great. I've had better egg rolls at restaurants.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but these egg rolls were nothing like the picture. They were flat and greasy.

These egg rolls were a disaster! The filling was dry and crumbly, and the wrappers were soggy.

I couldn't find any rice paper wrappers at my local store, so I used wonton wrappers instead. They worked fine, but the egg rolls were a bit more chewy than I would have liked.

These were just okay. I thought the filling was a bit bland.

I love that these egg rolls are baked instead of fried. They're still crispy, but they're not as greasy.

These were a bit more work than I expected, but they were worth it! My family loved them.

The dipping sauce is a must-have! It really makes the egg rolls.

These egg rolls were easy to make and turned out great! I used ground chicken instead of pork, and they were still very tasty.

I'm not usually a fan of egg rolls, but these were delicious! The filling was flavorful and moist, and the wrapper was crispy and flaky. I'll definitely be making these again.

These Hmong egg rolls were a hit at my party! They were so flavorful and crispy, and the dipping sauce was the perfect complement. I will definitely be making these again.
