HERSHEY'S HOT COCOA
We have been making this hot chocolate since we were kids. No chocolate in a bag can compare. We make this for special.

Steps:
- Stir cocoa powder and sugar in a pot.
- Add water and stir.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil two minutes.
- Add milk (I use 1 can canned milk and equal water, plus 1 cup of whole milk). Heat until hot.
- Add vanilla and serve.
