Herbed Mushroom Quiche image

This is a nice little quiche from The Runner's Cookbook printed in 1979. I used to make this quite a bit till my husband informed me that he does not like Swiss cheese. Oh well.

This quiche was a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a lighter crust.

This quiche was a disappointment. The crust was soggy and the filling was bland. I won't be making this again.
