Herbed Beef Stew with Spinach image

This stew is a great way to use up leftover beef. I usually make a big batch of stew on Sunday, and then I have leftovers for lunch or dinner throughout the week.

This stew was just okay. I found the flavor to be a bit bland, and the beef was a little tough. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
