Steps:
- 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2) Combine all ingredients except bread in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes. 3) Places slices of bread in a large bowl and drizzle on the oil/herb mixture and toss bread slices to coat. 4) Lay slices on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until they are crisply toasted and light golden. 5) Allow to cool to room temp.
