2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp parsey
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
potatoes
2 lb pork loin roast

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix herbs and olive oil, rub on pork loin Mix remaining herb rub with quartered potatoes Cook for one hour, then add potatoes around pork loin for remaining fourty minutes
