HERB GRILLED TILAPIA WITH MELON SALSA
Steps:
- Grill Tilapia on low heat , turning only once so not to tear apart. Fillets are flaky and white when done. Some like to crisp the ends to a golden brown for some texture. Serve with Melon Salsa and enjoy!
