Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350
- 2. mix ONLY ingredients listed above (do NOT follow ANY directions on the cake mix box)
- 3. optional additions.... 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate or peanut butter chips, chopped nuts, raisins or whatever "extra" you and your family likes.
- 4. place dough by teaspoonsful on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
- 5. ****my variation**** roll cookie dough into teaspoon scooped balls, dip tops in sugar, put on baking (pizza) STONE and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, let stand 1 minute before removing from stone. Cool and Enjoy =)
