10 hard-boiled eggs
1 garlic clove, minced
2 serrano chilies, seeded and minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons mustard powder, dried
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
1/4 teaspoon pure chile powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped

Steps:

  • Peel and cut boiled eggs lengthwise in halve.
  • Remove yolks and put in small bowl.
  • Set whites aside.
  • Mash yolks with remaining ingredients.
  • Refill eggs.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
