I originally got this recipe out off of an article dated back from 1967 posted by a Lady named : Mrs. Roger Hodson from Montpelier , Ohio. She named them cookies but I call them cookie bars , They are delicious!

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a 9x13" baking pan.
- 2. Sprinkle in layers over top of the melted butter ; graham cracker crumbs , then the butterscotch chips , then the chocolate chips , then the nuts .
- 3. Pour the canned milk over top all.
- 4. Bake @ 350° for 30 minutes.
- 5. When partly cooled cut into squares.
