Helen's Baked Yellow Squash image

This is my Great Aunt Helen's famous Baked Yellow Squash. While I have never personally had this dish, everyone in my family raves about how good it is. It's one of my Papa's favorite dishes ever! I plan to make it soon, and will update with a picture as soon as I do. Or if you have made this, feel free to add your own...

I followed the recipe exactly and the squash was undercooked. I had to put it back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some garlic and herbs to give it more flavor.
