This is my Great Aunt Helen's famous Baked Yellow Squash. While I have never personally had this dish, everyone in my family raves about how good it is. It's one of my Papa's favorite dishes ever! Steps:
- 1. Boil squash until tender. Drain and mash. Add everything else and mix well.
- 2. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and it is heated all the way through.
