I was really looking forward to this galette, but I was disappointed. The crust was soggy and the tomatoes were bland. I will not be making this again.

This galette was a bit too sweet for my taste. I would have preferred it with less sugar in the filling. The crust was also a bit too thick for my liking.

I made a few modifications to make this galette healthier. I used whole wheat flour for the crust, reduced the amount of butter, and added some chopped spinach to the filling. It was still delicious and I felt good about eating it.

I added a little bit of crumbled goat cheese to the top of the galette before baking and it was absolutely delicious! The goat cheese added a creamy richness that balanced out the tartness of the tomatoes.
