This pie is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still very good. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I was a bit skeptical about the coffee flavor in a pie, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's subtle and adds a nice depth of flavor.

This Irish Coffee Cream Pie was a hit at my last dinner party! The combination of coffee and chocolate was divine, and the pie was rich and creamy without being too heavy. I highly recommend this recipe.
