Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with garlic mist nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Combine potatoes, onion, carrots, butter, salt, Mama's Meatball seasoning, salt, garlic powder, thyme, and pepper in prepared baking dish; toss to coat. Bake 30 minutes.
- 3. While vegetables are baking, prepare the sausage in your preferred manner. Once cooked through, slice into 1/4: slices.
- 4. Add sausage to the vegetables; mix well. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
