Over high heat, bring to a boil reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 3 to 4 hours or until meat is very tender. Skim off fat.2. Add tomatoes with juice, tomato paste, green beans, cabbage, carrot, celery, bay leaf, parsley, splenda, thyme and marjoram.
