My family loves these healthier pancakes, especially when served with Spiced Apple Syrup. The oats give them a slightly chewy texture.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, wheat germ, powdered milk, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- 2. In a medium bowl, stir together, eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter.
- 3. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well blended.
- 4. Lightly grease a griddle and heat until hot. Pour 1/2 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle (batter will be thick). Cook pancakes until the edges are dry and bubbles appear on the surface. Turn and cook other side.
