Hearty Oatmeal & Bran Chocolate Chip Cookies image

These hearty cookies are great, very filling. They are not too sweet so they go well with brunch. If you want a healthier alternative, add raisins instead of chocolate chips. Enjoy :)

Overall, I thought these cookies were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

I found that these cookies were a bit dry. I would add an extra egg yolk next time to make them more moist.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar next time.

I'm always looking for new and healthy cookie recipes, and this one definitely fits the bill. The cookies are chewy and satisfying, and the chocolate chips add a touch of sweetness.
