Steps:
- 1. pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2. combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. mix together in another bowl the wet ingredients
- 4. add the wet to the dry and mix well. divide batter equally in muffin tins ( also can be made as a loaf) bake for 30 mins or when a toothpick comes out clean.
