1 cup water
4 ice cubes
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons sugar
4 sprigs mint, 1 reserved for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend and garnish with fresh mint.
  • Serve chilled!
