Healthy creamy turkey stroganoff image

Creamy, easy, and yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can(s) reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
1-1/2 c lite sour cream
1/2 lb no-yolk egg noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Cook noodles as directed, drain. Keep warm In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is browne, breaking up the turkey as you cook.
  • 2. Stir in garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 mins.
  • 3. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve mix over hot noodles.
