If you like coconut and you like caramel, you'll be in love with these candies.

Number Of Ingredients 5

3/4 c evaporated milk
3/4 c brown sugar
6 tsp corn syrup, light
2 Tbsp butter
3 c coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the first four ingredients together. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar disolves.
  • 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat to soft ball stage stirring constantly.
  • 3. Once at soft ball stage, remove from heat and add 3 cups of coconut and mix well. Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper on a cookie sheet. Store in the fridge.
