6 med. sweet potatoes
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 C. butter

Steps:

  • Microwave sweet potatoes until done. Peel & slice Arrange layer of potato slices in a greased casserole. Sprinkle w/ pineapple & brown sugar. Dot w/ butter. Repeat w/ additional layers of potato, pineapple & brown sugar, butter until all is used. Bake 375* for 30 min.
