Steps:
- 1. heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted Bundt pan or 10 inch tube pan. In large bowl, mix cake mix, bananas, eggs and pineapple at low speed til moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Fold in coconut; pour into prepared pan; bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool upright in pan for 25 minutes; invert onto serving plate. In small bowl, blend powdered sugar and 2 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice til smooth. Spoon onto warm cake. Cool completely. Serves 16 My Old Recipes
