Hawaiian Stir Fry image

For an easier dinner, use diced cooked chicken breast, or diced leftover beef of pork roast. You can serve this over brown rice, Chinese noodles, or by itself.

2 c diced chicken breast, boneless beef or pork
1 can(s) pineapple chunks
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 lb mixed vegetables of your choice, frozen

Steps:

  • 1. Brown in a large skillet: 1 pound of fresh beef, pork or chicken chunks
  • 2. Add: 1 can pineapple chucks with juice 2 Tablespoons soy sauce Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add: 2 bags of Normandy vegetable mix (Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini) or you favorite stir fry vegetable mixture. Put a lid on the pan and turn down to low and steam for 5 minutes.
