Steps:
- 1. Beat together eggs, water (or milk), salt and pepper.
- 2. Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
- 3. Pour egg mixture into pan.
- 4. When eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelet with remaining ingredients.
- 5. Fold other half of omelet over filling.
- 6. Continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- 7. Cut omelet into 3 wedges and serve.
