I'm on a mission to declare fruitcake a fruit... That way I won't feel as guilty when I eat this every day of the week! Sweet and satisfying, this is one of the most perfectly moist cakes I've ever made.

- 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix by hand. pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes. Frost when cooled.
