A co-worker of mine shared his recipe with me and it is the best fried rice I have ever made. I make homemade potstickers and always have extra pork filling so i use that for the sausage in the meat choices. Also used some andoui (sp) and it was awesome, too. Hope you enjoy this! Steps:
- 1. In large fry pan over medium heat, add oil and cook all meats.
- 2. Add all diced vegetables, except green onions, and stir/cook until tender.
- 3. Add cooked rice and mix well, stirring/cooking until heated through.
- 4. Add oyster sauce, mix well. Add Shoyu sauce, stir/fry for 3-5 minutes.
- 5. Add scrambled eggs and green onions. Mix well and taste. Add more of the sauces if desired.
- 6. Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes to let flavors blend.
