A favorite at any luau here in Hawaii or on the mainland. We make it on the mainland when we visit family.

I'm allergic to pineapple, so I substituted it with mango. The dish turned out great! The mango added a nice sweetness and tanginess to the sauce.

This recipe is missing some key ingredients that are essential for authentic Hawaiian Chicken Luau. The result is a dish that is bland and lacks flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my chicken came out dry. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This dish was a bit too sweet for me, but the chicken was cooked perfectly. I think I'll try it again with a different sauce.
