Hawaiian Burgers image

Grilled turkey burgers are served on toasted buns with slices of Cheddar cheese, red onion, and grilled pineapple.

Number Of Ingredients 9

¼ cup chili sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
Cooking spray
4 Butterball® Original Seasoned Frozen Turkey Burgers
4 slices Cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 grilled pineapple slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
8 thinly sliced red onion rings

Steps:

  • For Sweet Chili Mayo, combine ingredients. Set aside until ready to use.
  • Cook frozen burgers according to package directions, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Place 1 slice of cheese over each burger. Grill until cheese is melted. Remove burgers from grill; keep warm. Grill pineapple slices 1 to 2 minutes per side or until there are grill marks on each side. Remove from grill.
  • Spread Sweet Chili Mayo evenly over cut surfaces of each bun. Layer bottom half of bun with lettuce, cooked burger, onions and pineapple. Cover with top of bun and serve.
