1/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • Add ingredients in order given.
  • Bake on sweet bread cycle on light setting.
