HAWAIIAN BARBECUE SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

5 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons plum sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon fivespice

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl and whisk. Use as marinade for chicken and pork.
