Overall, this was a good recipe. The cobbler was tasty, but I think I would have preferred it with a sweeter filling.

Not a fan of spicy food, so I omitted the chiles. The cobbler was still very tasty and the crust was flaky and golden brown.

This dish was a bit more work than I expected, but it was worth it! The cobbler was beautiful and tasted even better than it looked. I will definitely be making this again.

I love this recipe! It's a great way to use up leftover apples and chiles. I've also tried it with other fruits, like peaches and pears, and it always comes out great.

The cobbler turned out a little spicy for my taste, but my family loved it! Next time I'll use fewer chiles.
