Harvest Potatoes image

This has been a requirement of any company dinner at our house. It is very rich and cheesy, probably still fattening with low fat substitutes, which I use. The taste is wonderful

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my potatoes didn't turn out crispy at all. They were still soft in the middle.

These potatoes were a little bland for my taste. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time.

The potatoes were a little dry for my taste, but the flavor was good. I think I would add more butter or oil next time.
