I'm not sure about this recipe. It seems like it would be a lot of work.

I followed the recipe exactly and the balls fell apart when I tried to fry them. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These were a bit too fishy for my taste. I think I'll stick to regular popcorn shrimp next time.

I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to get my kids to eat their vegetables. These Gillyweed balls were a great way to do that! They loved the fun shape and the fact that they were fried. I'll definitely be making these again.

These were a fun and easy snack to make. I used a food processor to chop the greens, which made it really quick. The balls held together well and didn't fall apart when I fried them.

I'm not a huge fan of seaweed, but these Gillyweed balls were surprisingly good! The lemon and garlic flavors really balanced out the seaweed flavor. I'll definitely be making these again.

These Gillyweed balls were a hit at my Harry Potter themed party! They were easy to make and tasted delicious. I used a combination of spinach and kale for the greens, and added a bit of extra lemon zest for a pop of flavor.
