Harmony Tahini Salad Dressing image

52nd Street, Manhattan, 1981 my train's subway stop was right under the building to my office. Rounding the corner, was a juice/salad bar which had a phenomenal breakfast/lunch following. Needless to say, I was one of their best customers, everyday, twice a day and over and over again I'd eat the same salad dressing on anything and everything...they finally relinquished this secret recipe to me. I'm happy to pass this on to you. It's light and delicious and I hope you will also use it over and over again!

I found this dressing to be a bit too salty. I would recommend using less salt or adding a bit of honey to balance out the flavors.

This dressing is a bit too thick for my taste. I would recommend adding a bit more water or milk to thin it out.

I was surprised at how much I liked this dressing. I'm not usually a fan of tahini, but the lemon juice and olive oil really balance out the flavor. I'll definitely be making this again.

This dressing is a delicious and versatile addition to any salad. I used it on a simple salad of mixed greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers, and it was perfect. The dressing was creamy and flavorful, with a nice balance of acidity and sweetness.
