Hard-Cooked Egg with Mustard image

Whole-grain mustard provides a salty-tangy hit. Topping the egg with fresh herbs makes this instantly more satisfying. Use whatever you've got on hand: chives, basil, tarragon, thyme, even mint.

2 fresh parsley leaves
